The Italian minor requires 18 credit hours. A minimum of 12 credit hours must be upper division. Each course must be completed with a grade of "C" (2.00 on a 4.00 scale) or higher.

Students may apply a maximum of six hours of 200-level ITA courses toward the minor. If both ITA 201 and ITA 202 are completed, the remaining two credits will be counted toward university elective credit. All remaining electives must be upper-division ITA courses, of which at least three credit hours must be completed at the 400-level.
