Requirement Minimum Grade Credit Hours

The minor requires 15 credit hours, 12 of which must be at the upper-division level. A grade of "C" (2.00 on a 4.00 scale) or better must be earned for all courses in the minor. Students complete nine credit hours of required courses and six credit hours of electives. At least 12 credit hours must be completed at ASU. Students need to allow at least one year to complete the certificate program.

Students pursuing the BA in community advocacy and social policy complete SWU 350 in their major, so must complete HCR 394 topic "Organizational Mindfulness and Resilience: Leadership and Success in the Workplace" to fulfill the minor requirement.
