Students may complete the BAS program requirements in 45-60 upper-division credit hours, determined by choice of area of concentration and number of general studies requirements completed in AAS degree.
Working with an advisor, students will select a minor available at ASU or construct an individualized concentration with a coherent theme or purpose.

Focus Area: Students work with their advisor to select an existing ASU minor or certificate, or construct an individualized focus area with a coherent theme or purpose. Focus Area must be minimum 15 credit hours, minimum nine upper-division hours.
Core requirements and focus area courses may also be used to apply towards general studies requirements, as allowed.
