Applicants must fulfill the requirements of both the Graduate College and the College of Integrative Sciences and Arts.
Applicants must have earned a bachelor's or master's degree in any field from a regionally accredited institution.
Applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 (scale is 4.00 = "A") in the last 60 hours of their first bachelor's degree program or a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 (scale is 4.00 = "A") in an applicable master's degree program.

- proof of English proficiency

The graduate certificate in project management equips students with the skills needed for roles as project managers across various sectors, including public, private and nonprofit organizations. Graduates are prepared for a variety of careers such as:

Students who complete this graduate certificate may be eligible for the following:
- Certified Associate Project Manager through the Project Management Institute
Students must have 23 hours of project management education and a secondary degree (high school diploma, associate degree or the global equivalent) to test; the 23 hours are contact hours (not credit hours). Students are eligible to sit for the CAPM following completion of this graduate certificate. - Green Project Management
Students are required to take PMG 503: Sustainability in Project Management, which prepares them for the Green Project Management - Business test and certification. A code is provided for those learners who wish to complete this certification during the program; the test may be taken up to 12 months after the code is provided. Learners must pass the test to receive the credential. - Project Management Professional
This certification requires either a four-year degree and 36 months of experience leading projects within the last eight years, or a secondary education diploma (high school diploma, associate degree or the global equivalent) with 36 months of experience leading projects within the past eight years. In addition, applicants must have 35 hours of project management training to sit for this test.

Admission deadlines
3 year programs
These programs allow students to fast-track their studies after admission and earn a bachelor's degree in three years or fewer while participating in the same high-quality educational experience of a 4-year option. Students should talk to their academic advisor to get started.
Accelerated master's
These programs allow students to accelerate their studies to earn a bachelor's plus a master's degree in as few as five years (for some programs).
Each program has requirements students must meet to be eligible for consideration. Acceptance to the graduate program requires a separate application. Students typically receive approval to pursue the accelerated master’s during the junior year of their bachelor's degree program.
