Students who complete the Health Education and Promotion track will be prepared to sit for the National Commission for Health Education Curriculum (NCHEC) Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) exam. Visit the NCHEC website for up to date certification requirements. |

Students who choose the Health and Wellness Coaching track and complete HSC 441 are positioned to sit for the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) certification exam with the completion of minimal additional coursework. Visit the NBHWC website for up to date certification requirements. On-campus students interested in this certification are recommended to consider the Health and Wellness Coach certificate. |
